Property prices in Fethiye, Turkey continue to drop in value. Turkish property hasnt increased much in value over the past 5 years. Investment property can still make money, but be careful where in Turkey or abroad are doing well. Many properties in Fethiye have been sold to English expats and many properties are still for sale. There is too much property supply.
